designed to accommodate the elderly, infirm and wheelchair users.
Assistant animals are welcome.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the charm and character of the building
has been retained and level access has been integrated seamlessly into the design.

All groundfloor light switches/plug sockets are within easy
reach,
door-widths are 90cms and the inner hallway width is 140cm.
- The ground floor is spacious with large rooms and big turning circles
allowing easy access and manoeuvrability.

The wheel-in shower/wc with grabrails and shower-chair has been
designed for wheelchair access.

The washbasin has sufficient clearance to allow the approach of wheelchairs.

- The private carpark leads directly onto the covered terrace via
a wheelchair-friendly
ramp with handrails allowing access into the property.
- A gently sloping pathway leads from the terrace down to the
swimming pool,
BBQ and garden areas.
- A lowered/ramped area by the pool terrace has been
designed for easier transfer
into the swimming pool from a wheelchair.
